Retention 101 Training- Friday, August 2nd

$850.00

Friday, August 2nd from 9:30-4:00pm

Research staff will learn why retention is important (in addition to recruitment!) and learn the similarities of retention with recruitment. We will review tips and tricks to obtain locator information from study participants and work through difficult cases. We will discuss how to talk to participant contacts— what to say and what not to say, i.e., how to talk with a participant’s girl friend vs. how to talk to a participant’s grandma. We will discuss the importance of rapport building and come up with 4 concrete ways they can build rapport with their participants while also maintaining boundaries.
